Charlotte is the engine behind our practice, leading day-to-day operations and overseeing a smooth, welcoming onboarding experience for every new client. With a sharp eye for detail, she knows exactly what’s needed to complete thorough due diligence in every case, and she’s always on hand to answer questions and guide clients through the process with clarity and care.

Outside the office, Charlotte swaps checklists for the coastline. She loves paddleboarding and yoga, and spends many weekends exploring the Cornish coast with her husband Phil and their two boys—both enthusiastic surfers.

Kara Riall

Community Manager

Kara is often the first voice you’ll hear when you engage with us. As our Community Manager, she looks after our social channels, keeps our community connected, and helps ensure every client experience is smooth, friendly, and well supported.

When she’s not working with our clients and community, Kara is often packing up her van to explore surf spots along the North East coastline. Back home, she spends time in her studio designing and creating pieces for her handmade jewellery business.
