By using this website, booking a call, purchasing a service, downloading a resource or accessing our materials, you agree to these Terms.

2. What Seven Medical does
Seven Medical provides NHS pension education, retirement planning education, financial coaching, workshops, courses, NHS Pension Reports and specialist guidance for NHS professionals.
Our services are designed to help NHS professionals understand NHS pension complexity, including areas such as:
- NHS Pension Scheme membership;
- 1995 Section, 2008 Section and 2015 Scheme benefits;
- Total Reward Statements and Annual Benefit Statements;
- annual allowance and tapered annual allowance;
- Scheme Pays;
- public service pensions remedy / McCloud remedy;
- partial retirement;
- retire and return;
- abatement;
- practitioner and officer status;
- pensionable pay and pensionable earnings;
- retirement timing scenarios;
- lump sum options;
- death benefits;
- divorce and pension sharing issues;
- questions to raise with NHS Pensions, employers, accountants, solicitors, actuaries, PODEs or regulated financial advisers.
3. What Seven Medical does not do
Seven Medical is not authorised or regulated by the Financial Conduct Authority.
Seven Medical does not provide:
- regulated financial advice;
- investment advice;
- pension transfer advice;
- tax advice;
- legal advice;
- employment advice;
- actuarial advice;
- regulated pension advice;
- individual recommendations to join, leave, transfer, crystallise, amend, opt out of or otherwise alter pension benefits.
Nothing on this website, in our resources, in our NHS Pension Reports, in our courses, in our workshops, or in our coaching sessions should be treated as a personal recommendation or regulated advice.
Where regulated financial advice, investment advice, pension transfer advice, tax advice, legal advice, employment advice or actuarial advice is required, you should seek advice from an appropriately authorised or suitably qualified professional.
4. Educational and illustrative nature of our services
Our services are educational and illustrative.
We may explain rules, review information you provide, prepare modelling, produce NHS Pension Reports, identify issues for consideration, and help you prepare questions for other professionals.
We do not tell you what decision to make.
You remain responsible for your own decisions and for obtaining appropriate professional advice where needed.
5. NHS Pension Reports
An NHS Pension Report is an educational and illustrative report based on the information available at the time it is prepared.
It may include, where relevant:
- review of NHS pension information you provide;
- retirement scenario modelling;
- annual allowance modelling;
- Scheme Pays illustrations;
- McCloud remedy comparisons;
- lump sum illustrations;
- partial retirement or retire-and-return education;
- explanation of key assumptions, limitations and next questions.
An NHS Pension Report is not a regulated report, personal financial advice, tax advice, legal advice, actuarial advice or a recommendation to take a particular course of action.
The figures in an NHS Pension Report are estimates only. Final pension benefits can only be confirmed by NHS Pensions or the relevant scheme administrator at the appropriate time.
6. Information you provide to us
You are responsible for ensuring that the information you provide to us is accurate, complete and up to date.
This may include, where relevant:
- Total Reward Statements;
- Annual Benefit Statements;
- pension savings statements;
- payslips;
- pensionable pay or pensionable earnings information;
- employment details;
- practitioner or officer status;
- scheme membership history;
- tax or income information;
- other pension information;
- divorce, legal or family information where relevant to the service.

If information provided to us is inaccurate, incomplete, out of date or later changes, our comments, modelling, reports or educational materials may no longer be appropriate.
7. NHSBSA, HMRC and third-party information
NHS pension information may be affected by data held by NHS Business Services Authority, employers, payroll teams, HMRC, accountants, solicitors, actuaries, pension on divorce experts, regulated financial advisers or other third parties.
We may use information supplied by you or obtained from documents you provide, but we are not responsible for the accuracy of third-party data.We cannot guarantee that NHSBSA, HMRC, employer or scheme records are complete, accurate or up to date.
8. Tax, legal, employment and actuarial matters
NHS pension decisions can have tax, legal, employment, divorce, actuarial and regulated financial advice implications.
Seven Medical does not provide tax advice, legal advice, employment advice or actuarial advice.
You are responsible for speaking to a suitably qualified accountant, solicitor, employer, actuary, PODE or regulated financial adviser where your circumstances require it.
9. Booking calls and appointments
Discovery calls and other appointments are provided to explore whether Seven Medical’s education, coaching, modelling or guidance services may be suitable.
No personal financial advice, investment advice, pension transfer advice, tax advice, legal advice, employment advice or actuarial advice is provided during discovery calls.
We may decline to provide a service where we believe your needs fall outside our scope or require regulated or specialist professional advice.
10. Fees and payment
Fees for services, courses, workshops, resources, memberships or NHS Pension Reports will be confirmed before purchase or engagement.
Payment terms will be set out on the relevant webpage, invoice, proposal, booking page or service agreement.
Unless otherwise agreed, payment must be made before work begins or access is provided.
Prices may change from time to time. Changes will not affect services already purchased unless we have agreed otherwise with you.
11. Cancellations, rescheduling and refunds
If you need to cancel or reschedule an appointment, please give as much notice as possible.
Where a specific service, programme, workshop, course or membership has its own cancellation or refund terms, those terms will apply.
Digital products, downloadable resources, online courses or materials may be non-refundable once accessed, downloaded or delivered, unless the law gives you a right to a refund.
For bespoke services, including NHS Pension Reports and individual modelling work, refunds may not be available once work has started or the report has been prepared.
This does not affect any statutory rights you may have as a consumer.
12. Memberships and ongoing support
Where you purchase a membership or ongoing support service, the scope, fee, billing frequency and minimum term will be confirmed at the point of purchase or in a separate agreement.
Memberships provide education, guidance, modelling support and general coaching within the agreed scope. They do not provide personal financial advice or regulated advice.
You are responsible for telling us about any material changes in your circumstances, including changes to employment, pensionable pay, pensionable earnings, retirement plans, pension records, family circumstances, tax position or other relevant matters.
13. Courses, workshops and educational materials
Courses, workshops and resources are provided for general education and information.
They may explain pension concepts, NHS Pension Scheme rules, planning considerations and questions to ask, but they are not tailored regulated advice.
You should not rely on course, workshop or resource content as a substitute for regulated financial advice, tax advice, legal advice, employment advice or actuarial advice.

The content on this website is provided for general information and education only.
We take reasonable care to keep website content accurate and up to date, but we do not guarantee that the content is complete, current or suitable for your personal circumstances.

15. No guarantee of outcomes
We do not guarantee any particular financial, pension, tax, legal, retirement or personal outcome.
Modelling, projections and illustrations are based on assumptions and information available at the time. Actual outcomes may differ.
